Reservations

Once you have selected your games, renters must fill out the "Book Online" form on the website (located at the top). All available dates will be held for 7 days after confirmation of receiving your rental request. Within those 7 days Bucks County Games must receive signature of electronic contract or date will be released for availability. 

 

 

Pick up/Drop off

All games must be picked up and dropped off to Bucks County Games location. Arrangements will be made with Bucks County Games once reservations are requested and outlined in an electronic contract. Pick-up and drop-off times are flexible and will vary based on scheduled reservations of games. Bucks County Games and renters will agree on a pick-up and drop off time prior to payment. We always will do our best to accommodate delivery requests.  Full rental payment is due on pick up. Payments accepted are cash or PayPal.

 

 

Delivery

Delivery is available for $50.00 to locations within a 10 mile radius of Chalfont PA 18914. 
*Delivery is not available for every date and will need to be agreed upon by both parties.

Security Deposits/Damaged Products

There will be a $25.00 security deposit required per game for all rentals. Beer pong table rental requires a $50.00 security deposit. This will be returned promptly with satisfactory delivery of games in good working condition. If items are returned damaged or missing Bucks County Games has all rights to renters deposit. Security deposit must be cash or PayPal (if sent 3 days prior to reservation). The security deposit does not cover the following: a. Loss by vandalism, malicious mischief and theft. b. Loss, damage or theft of accessory equipment. c. Damages caused by a third party not associated or related to the renter. Customer should understand that the security deposit is not insurance.

Inspection

The customer is personally responsible for the inspection of Bucks County Games equipment before accepting any rental agreement. The customer should inspect for suitability, good condition and proper use. It is the customer’s obligation to notify Bucks County Games of any defects prior to use of equipment.

Replacement of Malfunctioning Equipment

If equipment becomes unsafe or in disrepair, Customer agrees to discontinue use and notify Bucks County Games IMMEDIATELY. Bucks County Games agrees to replace the equipment with similar equipment in good working order, if available. Bucks County Games is not responsible for malfunctioning equipment not reported in a timely manner (ie the day after rental). Bucks County Games is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the customer.
